Shane has worked as a presenter and actor in television, film and theatre for the past 12 years and brings a diverse range of skills and abilities to the camera. Shane can be regularly seen on free to air and pay TV, having presented and hosted for clients such as Foxtel, Telstra, Big Pond, Optus, Dell, Insuranceline and is a regular presenter for Info-break. Live television has fostered accuracy and professionalism in Shane's work, having performed "live-to-air" many times on Bert Newton's GMA over five years, presenting on"Sunrise", "Susie Elelman" and performing live at the 2006 Carols in the Domain.

Shane completed a Bachelor of Media (film and television) Dip Ed, at Macquarie University in 1998, and vocally trained through Trinity College London, beginning his working life as an actor and High School Teacher. Shane played roles on a number of Australian Soaps , and trained as a Maura Faye Workshop Trainer (Corporate presentations) before starting several years work as a host of the TV program "Future School". Having been trained as an actor, Shane can bring both dynamic energy and empathetic sensitivity to his presentations.

Two of Shane's great passions are musical theatre and film making. Shane has starred in a number of major Sydney musical productions and in 2003 wrote and produced his own show "From Here to Eternity- The Frank Sinatra story" which he performed in theatres around NSW. As a passionate film-maker, Shane has worked as producer and assistant director on a number of Award winning short films as well as the feature Documentary "Lockout" which aired on Foxtel 2007.

Shane is passionate about life, his wife and two beautiful daughters, a teller of bed-time stories and lover of outdoors. Shane is passionate about travel, running, music and raising awareness about Cancer, having recently been key-note speaker at the 2008 "Relay for Life".
