Hosted Olympic Dreams (a ½ hour show aired during the 2000 Sydney Olympics).

Black Belt in Karate with a silver medal in the World Karate titles in Japan.

Karen has also hosted a number of events including 'Make a wish Foundation' at Sanctuary cove on the Gold Coast most recently to great acclaim.
